The H. pylori Trial

This clinical trial aims to improve treatment adherence for H. pylori infection in Kenya. H. pylori is a widespread bacterial infection that can lead to severe gastrointestinal complications. However, successful eradication remains a challenge when patients do not complete their prescribed treatment.

To address this, we are evaluating an innovative support program designed to enhance treatment adherence. This study follows a randomized controlled trial (RCT) model, where participants are divided into two groups:

  • One group receives the enhanced support program.

  • The other follows standard care protocols.

By comparing these approaches, we seek to determine the most effective strategies for improving treatment success. Our findings could lead to significant advancements in patient care, not only in Kenya but also on a global sc
